Landlord has delivered to Tenant the DHCR Bedbug Annual Report (form NYC-BEDBUG) covering the building for the prior year, as required by the Bedbug Disclosure Law.

Landlord has installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as required by NYC Admin. Code §§ 27-2045 and 27-2046. Tenant is responsible for testing and replacing batteries.
