  • Plan entry-notice language

    Give at least 24 hours' notice before entering, absent an emergency.

  • Set month-to-month termination notice

    3 days (notice to quit).

  • Attach every required disclosure

  • Plan deposit return timing

    30 days (or 15 after forwarding address) (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 47a-21).
