Give at least 24 hours' notice before entering, absent an emergency.
Set month-to-month termination notice
1 month (month-to-month).
Attach every required disclosure
Lead-based paint, Truth in Renting Act statement, Flood zone (since 2024), Window guard, Bank holding deposit + interest.
Plan deposit return timing
30 days (5 days if displaced) (N.J.S.A. 46:8-19).
