• Confirm the security deposit cap

  No statutory cap (Wyo. Stat. § 1-21-1208).

• Set a lease-compliant late fee

• Plan entry-notice language

  Give at least 24 hours' notice before entering, absent an emergency.

• Set month-to-month termination notice

  30 days (month-to-month).

• Attach every required disclosure

  Lead-based paint, Habitability defects.

• Plan deposit return timing

  30 days (or 15 after move-out + 60 if damage) (Wyo. Stat. § 1-21-1208).

• Collect state-specific lease fields

  Property owner legal name, Property manager (if any).
