  • Set month-to-month termination notice

    30 days or one rental period (month-to-month).

  • Attach every required disclosure

    Lead-based paint (Property Transfer Notification), Security deposit receipt + bank info, Statement of condition, Insurance disclosure.

  • Plan deposit return timing

    30 days (M.G.L. c. 186 § 15B).

  • Collect state-specific lease fields

    Last month's rent held? (Y/N).
