• Set month-to-month termination notice

  30 days (month-to-month).

• Attach every required disclosure

  Lead-based paint, Landlord/agent identity.

• Plan deposit return timing

  30 days (N.M. Stat. § 47-8-18).

• Collect state-specific lease fields

  Property owner legal name, Property manager (if any).
