• Set month-to-month termination notice

  30 days (month-to-month).

• Attach every required disclosure

  Lead-based paint, Landlord identity, Showings during last 30 days.

• Plan deposit return timing

  60 days (in URLTA counties) (T.C.A. § 66-28-301).
