Confirm the security deposit cap

Plan entry-notice language
Give at least 24 hours' notice before entering, absent an emergency.
Set month-to-month termination notice
30 days (month-to-month).
Attach every required disclosure
Lead-based paint, Energy efficiency, Radon (every 10 years), Smoking policy, Bedbug.
Plan deposit return timing
21 days (tenant-at-will) / 30 days (written lease) (14 M.R.S. § 6032).
Collect state-specific lease fields
Property owner legal name, Property manager (if any).
