  • Set month-to-month termination notice

    45 days (landlord) / 28 days (tenant).

  • Attach every required disclosure

    Lead-based paint, Tax excise number, Agent identity.

  • Plan deposit return timing

    14 days (HRS § 521-44).

  • Collect state-specific lease fields

    Property owner legal name, Property manager (if any), Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET) number.
